1 - On Saturday, March 29, St. Monica's hosts a retreat, "Coming Home to Grace: A Retreat on Forgiveness A Journey Through Luke, Rembrandt, Nouwen, and the Self." Hours are 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at St. Monica Spirituality Center. Cost: $70 at the door. 
2 -  Valerie Peterson invites everyone to free singing lessons to celebrate Easter each Monday through April 14, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the parish office. .... 
3 - Registration is open for the free weekly Scripture Series at St. Clement, “Behold the Lamb: Encountering Christ in the Eucharist,” in English. 5    -  Each year, the Holy Father asks all Catholic parishes to take up the Good Friday Collection to keep a Christian presence in the Holy Land. This collection on April 18, 2025, supports the Franciscan ministry work and provides for the formation and education in communities and schools, and supports the basic needs of our sisters and brothers during their current hardships. ....

7 - Fr. Joseph encourages everyone to attend the meeting in Spanish on Mental Health issues promoted by the LA County Department of Mental Health. Our next meetings are Wednesdays, April 2, and April 16, and the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. ....

8 -  On Saturday, April 5, join the 7-mile Pilgrimage of Hope through the streets of Los Angeles, ending at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. The walk begins at 8:00 a.m. from All Souls Church in Alhambra, with stops at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Rose Hill and Our Lady Help of Christians.  Upon arrival at the cathedral, Archbishop Gomez will celebrate Mass; bus transportation from the cathedral to All Souls will be available at 1 p.m.. 10 - The 2025 Together in Mission campaign theme is "Gifts of the Heart" and our parish goal is $19,236. Because of the ongoing pandemic your generous contribution is even more valuable. 11 - Fr. Joseph invites everyone to participate in the special retirement fund for religious by using its designated envelopes on the table in the church.

12 -  Fr. Joseph invites everyone to visit the religious store beside the garage to buy candles and all other religious articles. Now St. Clement Church offers cirio, large size costs $30 each and small size costs $20 each. .... 

13 - All children who have received their first communion can become altar servers for Mass.  If you are interested in being part of the team, please contact Dulce or Maggie in the parish office, Call (310) 396-2679. ....

14 - Fr. Joseph is proposing in July/August 2025 to move our altar back to its original space as we are expecting to replace our pews and flooring during that time. The benefits of moving the altar back to its original place are: (1) We may gain more pews for seating. (2) We will get more space in Church to accommodate visiting priests for concelebration, for lectors, altar servers. (3) We will not be blinded by the sunlight. (4) We will have a more balanced set up for the Stations of the Cross. (5) We get easier focus on the tabernacle, the main cross and the altar as they will be in the center of the Church.

15  -  Fr. Joseph invites everyone to use the St. Clement Church postcards to invite anyone who has not been back physically to celebrate Mass with us. ....

17 -   The parish office requests all group leaders to turn in their respective monthly activity calendars to better plan the upcoming activities. ....

Joseph announces the "Called to Renew," https://calledtorenew.org/ ;  at St. Clement Church, which will provide much needed funding for us and strengthen important ministries and programs that impact us all. Our campaign goal is $125,000 in 5 years of which 50 percent will remain at our parish. This campaign in our archdiocese will ensure that we can continue to be a vital presence in our community.
